Egon’s Estate, established 2016 by Egon Takeda, is a German virtual land provider in Second Life.
My passion is luxury rentals with the best service — private island rentals: your very own parcel with full privacy, top performance and fair prices, from a cosy homestead all the way up to a complete full region. On your own island there are no neighbours and nothing to compromise on — total privacy and the freedom to design it your way, within a few simple rules.
Prefer the open world? I also offer Mainland parcels in sought-after spots, mostly surrounded by protected water. Whether private island or mainland, every rental comes with both commercial and private use permissions.

My rentals start at 512 sqm (skyboxes) and go all the way up to a full region.
I include the service for homesteads and full regions, and I am also happy to support sublessors and their business.
I like to design small pieces of land (up to 4096sqm) with tasteful decorations — or, if you prefer, you will get your home
just undeveloped, and create your own paradise by yourself.
Special Services
Restart your region — safely, and only by you. Only the current tenant can restart the region their rental sits on, and only within clear safeguards: at most once per day, never while more than four avatars are on the region, and always with a 240-second warning so nobody is caught off guard. The function is locked to the region’s verified tenants — no outsiders, no random visitors, and no estate-manager rights are ever handed out. Together with the daily limit and the busy-region check, reboots stay rare, announced, and in trusted hands. You simply touch the Restart Terminal in the store or send the bot an instant message, and you get the result back by IM.
Let the bot manage your group. Registered tenants can have my estate bot run their own in-world group; it invites visitors on your parcel automatically (once per day, your parcel only). Grab your free Group Inviter terminal at the store — and when your tenancy ends, the bot simply leaves your group on its own.
Rating
Except some mainland parcels and full region rentals, I always rate the regions as “ADULT”!
This rating helps prevent my customers from violating the Terms of Service of Second Life, because with this Rating no underage persons have access to the Land and a violation of the TOS is excluded. This is to protect real children and of course everyone else.
